SHIPPING

We always provide free shipping within Sweden. Shipping time is typically 1-3 working days. All products are being delivered by Postnord mypack Collect.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES OF YOUR PURCHASE


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent back within 30 days of delivery. All exchanges are based on stock availability and will be sent out after we have received your original goods.

To make a return, please follow the below steps.

  • REGISTER YOUR RETURN
    Send an email to hello@charleshill.com
    with your order number, what items you’ll be returning and the reason for your return. In case of exchange, please specify the size and color of the desired replacement item(s).

  • PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
    Place the item(s) you'd like to return back in the original box. Seal it securely with tape. 
  • SEND IT BACK
    Use the pre-paid Postnord return shipping label to send your box back to us. Simply place it on the box, over the original shipping label. Then drop it off at your nearest Postnord location. The delivery destination is pre-printed on the shipping label. 


REFUND

Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once inspection is passed, returns are fully refunded.

If you paid by credit or debit card, direct debit or directly via Klarna's app or website, the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 5-10 business days.

If you paid an invoice otherwise (i.e. via bank transfer), you will be contacted by Klarna to provide information necessary to process your refund shortly after charles hill has authorized the refund.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa and MasterCard, Credit and Debit. We also accept invoice payment after delivery, direct debit and direct transfer options.

We do not store any credit card or other financial information. All payments are processed by Klarna ro Stripe, both are PCI certified, encrypted payment system.
